A/c malfunctioning

I have an a/c problem. I just had a major a/c repair, compressor, evaporator, drier, expansion valve.
My problem is, 1, with a/c on, I stop in traffic of park, it almost stops cooling, and while driving I smell everything outside. 2. When the a/c is completely off, while driving I get car temperature air constantly coming out of the vents, like there's a hole in the dashwall.
What can this problem be. Please help. Thanks in advance.
