2005 Dodge Neon 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 40000 miles
I am trying to changea flat tire. I removed all the lugs and I can't get it to budge. What am I missing. I feel like an idiot.

a big hammer and a wedge of wood on the back side of the tire. its just stuck.
