75000miles; automatic; 2005 dodge neon; hesitating when driving as though gas not flowing within. can gas treatment help? or, what is the solution?

Hi there,
Simple things first, replace the fuel filter and spark plugs if they have not been replaced in past 10-15,000 Mls toss n air filter at it as well and see if that helps. Re post if problem persists.
