My passenger side rear drum wont turn. I have removed the wheel from the car and inspected all nuts & bolts. Everything looks ok! I want to know how to remove the brake drum?

Remove the leading and trailing brake shoes, upper return spring and automatic adjuster screw from the brake support plate as an assembly. Disassemble the shoes completely once on the bench. Repeat the above procedure to the rear brakes on the other side of the vehicle
