2002 Dodge Neon throttle is stuck wide open

When I start the car it automatically revs up. It sounds like the gas is pressed all the way to the floor.

Could be the idle air control valve needs cleaning and throttle plate/bore and out of range throttle position sensor/kinked acc cable

I have changed the idle air control valve, the throttle position sensor and the MAP sensor with no luck. Still is running at about 9 thousand rpms as soon as the motor starts. I rented a computer and it is giving the codes for the 3 things I have changed already. So I erased the codes and tried again. Still giving the code for the MAP sensor. What should I do? Does any body have any idea what might be causing this?

Check the EGR and PCV valves if its leaking also for vacuum leaks and vacuum at the MAP sensor
