Steering problem
2002 Dodge Neon 4 cyl Manual 150000 miles
This morning I was driving and my a/c stopped getting cold and my car became very difficult to steer. I looked under the hood and notice a belt was off, it wasn't broken or anything, in fact it was in perfect condition it had just slipped off of the wheel thing. Could this be the problem behind my a/c and power steering. Also, I didnt need power steering fluid, it was full.
