My '00 neon died on the highway, all gauges went dead, all other electrical worked. Power steering gone, had to msucle off the road. Won't crank over now. On mechanics advice I have replaced battery, alternator, ignition switch. Some of these weren't dead, just inrough shape so replaced them anyway. Still no crank, no clicking at solenoid, no clicking at starter relay. Replaced relay with a known good one, still nothing. I'm looking at electrical circuit to get juice to starter solenoid, what have I missed. When I turn the key, no sounds at all, dash lights work though. I didn't before, but jsut recetnyl have been getting "no bus" intermittently on odometer. Neutral safety switch?? I have an aftermarket VIPER remote starter that has been in there for 8 years, could that be it?
