2000 Dodge Neon High Coolant Temperature

Engine Cooling problem
2000 Dodge Neon 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

My dodge neon temperature gauge goes up while vehicle is running but starts to go down while stopped. When I turn off the car, coolant starts flowing into the reservoir tank and is very hot. There are no leaks, already flushed the system, replaced thermostat and fan is working properly. What else should I do?

You sure its not airlock in the system?

Check the radiator if its clogged-up and water pump if both okay get it block and pressure tested-
