I drove My neon this morning for about half an hour. i shut off the engine and parked for about two minutes. when i tried to start the engine it turned over once and stopped. tried to start it again and nothing. Checked battery cables and terminals. both were fine. accesories and lights work. the only noise i hear when i turn the key is the relays clicking. what should i do?
