This is a 3 speed transmission The OBD says that P0743 Torque Converter Circuit Electrical What does that mean and what are the possible causes?

Check for chaffed or broken wires, and to test the TCC you need the scan tool to command the TCC to operate, it's inside the tranny on the valve body, can even be due to a faulty ignition switch, this for you is a pot luck deal if you just start throwing parts at it, a tranny shop should be able to check it for you...
