1999 Dodge Neon ground wire

The ground wire came undone. One end is still attached to the battery, where does the other end go?

Thanks but I have 2 wires coming off the negative post. The one you showed me is still attached. Can u tell me where the other wire goes?

Unless you find the answer sooner, I can look at the Neon in a few hours to give you the exact location, I`m not the person who drives it.

Found this answer on the web:

"The negative cable almost always goes to the engine block then it has a strap that grounds the block to the frame and body. There could be several of these "straps" or wires. They usually look like a braided metal rope except flattened out."

Ground wire is where the red dot is. Behind and to the right of the starter. Bolts on the block.

There should be a bolt in the block where it would connect unless the bolt has dropped out.
