1999 Dodge Neon Repair Question

Dodge Neon Radiator Problem
The radiator fans (there are 2, neither one) turn on. I purchased a Haynes and the info states they both should if the air conditioner is on full time, or cycle per the temperature sensor. The Haynes shows a relay location in the power distribution box. This car has an ABS relay in that location, and no radiator fan relay anywhere. What controls the switching on and off of the radiator fans?

No wonder your fans don't come on. Your relay is missing. :D Sorry couldn't help myself. :oops:
Usually the lid for the fuse box has a diagram of the fuse and relay locations. Also your owners manual should list locations. The photo in my book shows it on the lid to be on the bottom row second from the left.
