I drive a 1996 dodge neon SOHC automatic with 165k on the clock. Recently code 37, which is Torque converter clutch solenoid circuit or park/neutral switch failure. I have no idea what that is or where the swtich is or how to correct the problem.

Another thing, the car simply dies on me, then itll restart. sometimes its more difficult to start than others
.

Any help would be great, thanks

The neutral switch should be on the top of the tranny were the shift cable attaches, try replacing it.
