I have already replaced the radiator, and water pump, I don't know much about cars, but I am leaking alot of oil and I am no overheating quite a bit, I had the head gasket replaced when I bought the car two years ago, it had 84,000 miles on it then and now has 140,000 on it, I'm afraid it could be the head gasket again but I want to be sure before I replace anything what do you think?

TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN

Whenever performing oil leak diagnosis
carefully inspect the cam sensor area to determine if the leak originates from the seal or from other sources. A leak in this area can be mis-interpreted as a leaking head gasket.

Additionally, whenever a head gasket is replaced, the cam seal should always be replaced to prevent the possibility of the vehicle returning with oil seepage
