How do I change spark plugs on a dodge neon or do I just change the short ignition wires that are on top of the engine

To change hte spark plugs, find the right size socket and extensions to get a hold of the plug after you pull of the spark plug boot with a twisting motion! Then just loosen them. You should change the spark plug wires also.
