No heat at idle

I have a 2001 Intrepid. Both the heat and defrost worked like a charm a few weeks ago, but now when I start my car, it justs blows cool air even when the car engine heats up to normal operating temp. When I start driving, there is no problem (both heat from vents and defrost work fine), but when I am stuck in traffic, it will again start bowing cool air. Do you think my blower fan is the problem, or do you think it could be the heater coil?

Shannon

P.S. I also had my A/C system replaced in August (compressor, expansion valve, and accumulator)... I doubt the problem stemmed from this, but I just wanted to cover all the bases)
