Car is smoking, radiator fluid is all on top of the engine. Had the "Water Outlet/gasket" replaced since the "top" to the "Water Outlet/gasket" popped off during the initial heat crisis.

I also had the thermostat changed, per the mechanic recommendation.

The light is still coming on, while I sit in traffic or drive but when I park, there's LOUD BUBBLING NOISES in the water reservior. The car does not indicate it's hot (needle).

I'm assuming the water is not flowing or stuck in the reservior. What could it be?

I would suggest to have the radiator cap tested to make sure that it is holding the needed amount of pressure.(Probably 13 to 15psi) If the cap is bad the cooling system will push the coolant out.

I'm sorry, but to be a little more specific, the "Loud Bubbling Noises in the Water Reservior" went away when I changed the radiator cap. Thank you!
