After replacing the engine on a 2000 Dodge Intrepid 2.7 liter, I have been unsuccessful in obtaining power to the power distribution center. Is there a fusable link in the line from the starter junction from the battery cable, or am I missing a connection? I can supply power with an independent line, but is this safe to do. The dash lights etc. light up by this latter connection. Thank you.
