Where is the cam sensor and crank sensor on the car?

The crankshaft sensor you are looking for is located on the passenger's side of the transmission housing, above the differential housing. The bottom of the sensor sits above the drive plate. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Engine light came on. Went to Auto Zone to have it put on machine. Machine said crank position sensor was malfunctioning. I baught one, but I don't know where it goes. can you help?

your vehicle's crankshaft position sensor is located on the right side of the transmission housing. 2.7L shown, others similar

Electrical problem
1999 Dodge Intrepid 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

car starts and stays running till it warms up then the check engine light comes on then it shuts off.

Have the computer scanned for code/s-you have a problem within the engine management system that caused the CEL to turn on-This is your starting point of diagnosis,finding out what's going on.

What's the deal with the CPS how did you came about it? Did you get a code for it-A problem with it will cause a not start/misfiring if its going whack

If you have a 3.2L or 3.5L, it on the passanger's side of the transmission housing above the differential.

i have a 94 dodge intrepid 3.3l i replaced coil,alternator,and crankshaft position sensor and i still dont have spark.. anything else it could be?

The computer coil driver tells the coil to fire the plugs.

Try this while cranking engine over listen to the injector/s are they clicking. also when key is in On position do you hear the fuel pump. I need to know this before we continue
