I GOT A p0440 code on my car where is the evap control system located on a intrepid???and what would cause this malfunction?

The system is for storing fuel vapors, and uses a cannister containing charcoal, the vapors come from anywhere raw fuel exists, especially the fuel tank, this code is a general failure of this system, it could be a few different problems, your going to need specific Chrysler codes from a dealer to repair the check engine light and it may be a faulty controlloer(PCM).
