2000 Dodge Intrepid Car not starting

My 2000 Dodge intrepid will just not start on some days usually when its cold, other days it starts up with no problems even when its blistering cold. What could it be? If engine check light came on I could get it checked but it doesn't.

If it s not cranking
suspect battery and or starter
check the battery terminals also
if cranking with no start
need to check for fuel and fuel pressure
check for spark
report back what missing
