When it doesn't start, does the starter work? Is there a security light staying on? Does the battery need recharged or just disconnected and reconnected? Are you sure the terminals are clean and tight?

Starter works, no security lights at all, we have put it on a charger and all terminals are clean and tight.
I guess it doesnt really matter now we took the car back where we got it, they can deal with it .... Thanks for your time

The anti theft is great when it works, but I agree, they can cause problems.
