1997 Dodge Intrepid

My car has a poping noise when I turn the wheel either way, I had all the struts fixed, rear sway bar, cradle mount bushings and one front outer and inner ty rod, and when I get the car up to a sppeed of about 40 consistenly it shakes real bad, no body I no cant figure out what the problem is, if you can please help me fornthe saftey of myself and my child I would appreciate it
