My car has been sat on my yard for almost a year,I did start up the engine at least twice a month.My friend borrow my car and it said was over heated on the way to her house when she picked up from my house.Her friend who said was a mechanic thought it was radioator problem,so he took the battery and radiator out of the car to be replace with the new one,but what happend was,they never replace the radiator nor put it back in the car and left out on their yard for at least 5 months,dust/dirt,rain & snow must be mess it up the battery and radiator.
She doesnt want responsible for any damage and I need to know before I take her to the court for the damage in my car,is it possible can cause mre damage on the vehicle since she left out my battery & radiator for almot 6 months and now i got mycar back w/o battery and the radiator condition totallt toast condition(few pieces).We tow the car back to my house and I am planning on to take it to the car shop and find more cause problem with the vehicle because of thecondition I got back from her.
Please explain to me the details and I really do appreciated your help,thanks.

Having the radiator and battery out of the vehicle shouldn't have hurt anything. The only concern is the battery. If it was dead and got cold enough, it may have frozen and ruined it. The radiator should be fine. Just clean it up.
