1995 Dodge Intrepid

I am in dire need of an answer. My Intrepid has 94000 thousand miles on it. It first overheated about 150 miles from my house. We managed to drive it back keeping a close eye on the temperature gauge. When we arrived my brother-in-law and I replaced the fan and the radiator. It did well for around a week then it oveheated again, then we replaced the thermostat. It overheated again in two days, I took it to a mechanic shop and they said that the fan had a bad connection and they fixed the problem. The end of the day the car overheated. What is wrong with this car!!!!!!!!
