1991 Dodge Dynasty Skipping
When you get the vehicle up to between 45mph to 60mph the vehicle starts to shutter and jump, like it is trying to slip out of gear, but I know its not the transmission

Does it feel like an engine miss? Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked fuel pump pressure?
