1990 Dodge Dynasty what is wrong when it want change

1990 Dodge Dynasty 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic
it will go into drive gear and it fills like it shift out one time then nothen it will go in to drive park reverse but when you try manualy it dose not do anything.
