I have a noticeable squeak/creek sound coming from the front of my truck. It only happens as I'm traveling over a semi-bumpy to bumpy terrain. Also I can feel what seems to be like something is loose with a clunking sound as I'm turning over a bump. I was told it was my inner track rods to the rack/pinion, I had those replaced, but still have the squeaking/loose feeling and clunking when turning over a bump. it almost feels as if my suspension is loose. Any help would be appreciated.
Try having the ball joits checked, and control arm bushings, Also Have you replaced the shocks up front? rear? it's past due!
