My 2003 Durango (42000 mi) is stalling with no warning after the engine heats up and is driven approx 8-10 miles. I get DTC's of P0352 through P0358 and P0688. They all seem to relate to ignition circuit malfunctions, but the dealer where I bought the car (used, approx 40000 mi) says they cannot work on this car because they can't find definitions of these codes to tell them where to look for the problem. Also, the truck was hit on the driver's side (major damage, took 9 weeks at body and mechanical shop to rebuild) while parked, not running, and these problems only started occurring after this event. I'm hoping to at least find a starting point to try and diagnose the problem, and maybe fix it myself. Help!

Hey peralen,
all those codes relate to the primary/secondary ignition circuits. I would start with the coil pack and harness to it (primary side) pay close attention to the harness and connectors on the side that was hit as that may be an issue. On the secondary side (plugs and wires) that check is pretty much a simple one. Also inspect the coil pack itself for cracking and failure, if none is noted,a simple test is to fill a spray bottle w/ water and "hose down" the coil pack and look for arching or if the engine stumble worse. Let us know!
