2002 Dodge Durango engine check light stays on

When checked with scan tool it said P0037 which is down stream oxygen sensor heater circuit low left cylinder bank. Can you tell me what the problem is? I changed Up and downstream sensors and there was no change.

If you mean by no change the engine light didn't turn off, you will need to clear the code with a scanner that is equipped to do so. Most newer vehicles have to have codes cleared that way.
