So you have a code P0306? Here is what I would do I would check the plug the wire to the plug and the injector and see which one it bad. If you have the info what was the fuel pressure? Low fuel pressure will cause all cylinder to missfire which would be a code P0300. Get back to me with what info you have or can get.

Ok I wouldn't use a higher octane fuel as this won't do much you car was made to run on 87 but a can of seafoam in the tank won't hurt. I would also use some mass air flow cleaner and clean the mass air flow unit. This could take car of the P0171 lean bank one code. Now as for the P0306 code this is a missfire in cylinder number 6 so if this still persists then I would check the plug, wire to the plug and the injector. If you have a multi meter then I can walk you through a couple of tests for the P0306 code. Let me know what you want to do and how things go.
