I have a 1999 Dodge Durango 5.2l V8 4x4. My "check engine" light came on and I noticed that
occasionally while at idle the RPM's would drop and sometimes it would stall. It would start right back up
no problem. I had the local Auto Zone check for codes, but it comes up with nothing. No codes. I tried 4 different times and still no codes. They reset the light and it came back the next day. So far I have put in a fuel system cleaner and gas treatments to try and clean any deposits on the fuel injectors and remove any water from the gas (cheap gas?). Any idea on why the light comes on but does not give you a code? Thank you in advance. --Wayne
