1998 Dodge Durango V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

recently had trans rebuilt put it in myself it didnt work took it back out and was told by garage tourqe converter was bad replaced it as well put it back together and still doesnt do anything I can go through the gears and just acts like it is in park with new fluid and filter as well ive been told maybe pump or tranfer case I dont know what it could be hope something simple thanks
