2002 Dodge Daytona starting
Engine Mechanical problem
2002 Dodge Daytona 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 172000 miles
my dodge wont stay started unless my foot is on the gas. battery is charged and it wont stay running hooked to another battery unless foot is on gas

Hello,
Is your engine light on? If so will need to get codes pulled. If you can get it to your local parts store they will usually do it free. Post codes here.
When was the last time fuel filter was changed?
Other possibilities are weak fuel pressure regulator or fuel pump.
