1992 Dodge Daytona Repair Question

1992 Dodge Daytona won't stay running
Engine Performance problem
1992 Dodge Daytona 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 47000 miles
1992 dodge daytona that normally runs great. We left the lights on and ran the battery down. Tried to start it and a light came on that says "alarm set". Jumped it and the car started but immediately stalled. Then would not start.
I don't have the owners manual. Any ideas?

You turn off the anti-theft system by unlocking a door with the key.
