1990 Dodge Daytona
front driver side wheel wont turn, i replaced brakes, calibur, rotor. it sat for 1 year, what can be locked up on it

Loosten the rubber brake line at the caliper allow pressure to be released and then retighten. If the wheel turns, replace the rubber hose.
