Hard starting

I have a 1996 dodge dakota 157,000 5.2L V8 that takes 4-5 seconds to start. Most of the time it happens in the morning before I go to work and then after work. But when it is driven and turned off it starts up like normal. I replaced all plugs and wires. And also put seafoam in the gas tank.

sounds to me like a bad fuel pressure regulator bleeding off the pressure causing the fuel to have to be brought back up into the fuel rail to start.

try turning the key on for 5 secs then off and repeat this 5 times then fire it up does it start right up? if so definetly fuel pressure regulator.
