I have a 1993 Dodge Dakota (V8). My headlights go off & on for & no apparant reason. All other lights (dash, interior, running lights, taillights, brake lights & flashers work). The truck can be on smooth or bumpy terrain, it doesn't matter. They will go out from a few seconds to up tp 5 minutes (so far). I have no ideas of what to look for. PLEASE HELP!!

look at the wiring that goes into the headlights themselves follow it throughout the firewall and check if they are pinched
