How do I know if my truck computer is malfunctioning? I have power to all parts of the truck, but when I try to turn the truck on it doesn't even crank.

Is the check engine light on? If not you most likly have a battery or starter problem

The check engine light has been on for a while. I ran a diagnostic test and it said "small evap leak". I cleared it and the check engine light went off. But soon returned. It would run fine with the check engine light on though. But the other day I went to change the bulbs on my fog lights and it wouldn't start. I've checked all the fuses and relays. I even bypassed the computer to try and manually jump start it and it only cranks and won't turn over. I'm so frusterated.
