The wipers won't shut off. Run at only one speed. When this started, I squirted a little WD-40 into the ignition key cylinder, and it worked fine for about a week. Then it started up again. Sometimes when I jiggle the key they would go off. Now nothing helps. I have to shut the truck off or pull the fuse to stop them. I replaced the multifunction switch, but it didn't help. Any ideas?

I don't have a procedure for testing, so looking at the wiring diagram I see that the ignition switch appears to be part of this circuit. Since there were changes to the symptoms while manipulating the ignition switch, I would be thinking ignition switch.
