2000 Dodge Dakota trans, slips

I just bought an r/t three weeks ago. Now when I get on the gas in any gear the rpms go to about 5,500 and rev out. To change gear I have to let go of the gas pedal and then apply the gas again. Does anyone know what the problem can be? I just changed the throttle body to see if any change nothin.

Tranny fuild was find dont know what kind because it came with it done
