1999 Dodge Dakota Control gauges going crazy

I've just changed my vehivle battery and truck ran fine for 2 minutes, until I noticed control gauges began to go crazy and rpm, speedometer, battery
fuel and water needles started bouncing. My truck
seems to be running OK but not sure why this is happening. PLEASE HELP.

Firt start by checking grounds. Make sure they are clean and tight. Especially the one on the engine block.

IF all are okay, have the body control module (BCM) checked.

Let me know what you find.
