1992 Dodge Dakota Will not Start

I have accessed the code and the first set of flashes are 3 and then it pauses then gives me 5 more flashes and then pauses and gives me 5 more flashes. Anyone know what this code means? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

11 Engine has not been cranked since battery was disconnected.
13 MAP sensor pneumatic circuit.
14 MAP sensor electrical circuit.
