Will a distributor from a 318 work in the 3.9? I want to change carburators, get rid of the computer and hydrogen inject it, I need to get rid of the variable distributor? Will this work.

3.9 is a six? 318 is an 8? Won't work.

Wow after looking at my question I really feel stupid but then again I was functioning on an hour of sleep, what about if I simply unhook the computer from the distributor, can it be manually timed then?
