'02 Dakota front brakes squeeling

I have replaced the brake pads, rotor and calipers on my truck, I still have squeeling when I go to brake, it sounds like the pads are worn, what can I do or check to get rid of the squeeling?

sometimes just rotating the pads by putting inside to outside and outside to inside will stop it. if they are metalic and you had the rotors turned this may not help, it may just take time.
