Dodge Colt '91

Hey
i am trying to install a cd deck into my car and all I need to know is how to remove the intrument panel from the car. Well, my dad is installing it and when we bought the car the manual was gone.
he says he cant install the deck util we figure out how to
"remove the panelling" and the know "what wires go together". If you have any info on anything to do with "intrument panels" radio/deck removal or installation. PLEASE get back to me. Otherwise, my car will go on music-less. Note it is a '91 Dodge Colt, if that means anything.
I know absolutely nothing about cars, my dad knows a bit and we cant afford to get it installed. So if your explaining, try to use small words. Or translate it into lamen words that a hopeless girl can understand.
