I have a 1993 Dodge Colt 1.5 automatic that cranks but will not start all the time. Just recently started having this problem after filling car with gas. We changed the fuel filter.Shouldnt I be able to hear the fuel pump kick in when i turn the key to start the motor? Also could you please tell me the location of the fuel pump on this car? We also had problems with the car dying out going down the road. Any help would be greatly appreciated
