My 91 Dodge Ramcharger 360 5.9 liter would not start this morning. I replaced the starter but it still will not crank. The battery is fully charged but all I get is a clicking when I crank it. Any suggestions?

Check over your battery cables.(From Battery to starter and grounds)making sure that every thing is connected good and nothing coroted. & Make sure battery post are clean.
