Noise from front when braking

I have changed brakes in my 2002 dodge grand caravan 3.3 71200 miles on and when i brake there is a rubbing noise which appears to be from coming from the front i have had it checked from many people and the dealer but no solutions

Let it work in-not it open it up again and inspect the caliper piston could be binding or the seal to it is not retracting the piston that's the job of the seal is to pull it back when the rotor start slapping on it.

Or you have a brake hose acting like a check valve preventing the fluid to go back to the master cyl.
