2006 Dodge Charger 6 cyl Automatic

when I startup my car a clicking sound is heard coming from the engine, not sure if the belts are loose or its a more serious issue from the engine itself, the sound never stops and the care has lost acceraltion powere also.

Sounds like an exhaust manifold leak.

How worst case scenario, how much does that run to fix. What couldve casue this issue on a 3 yr car that gets its scehdule maintence on time.
